What do I do?? This is probably not the best option in this case for the user, although purchasing the program would avoid repetition of the issue.

That new file should be readable by SketchUp Make Thanks for the response. I will download and see if my credentials work, but I imagine the system still thinks I have used up my two computers…. Does Sketchup support monitor these forums?
